Not everyone works the same way.
That’s not a problem to solve.
A system can look great and still not get used. If it requires too many steps, too much remembering, or too much discipline, it won’t survive real days.
That’s not a failure. It’s a mismatch.
I start with what already happens — what gets used, what gets avoided, and where things tend to fall apart.
Some people want structure. Some want reminders. Some want things handled for them.
All of those are valid.
Sometimes the most supportive system isn’t another setup. It’s removing the responsibility entirely so the work stops taking up mental space.
The goal isn’t to follow a system correctly. The goal is that things keep moving without friction.
Systems should adapt to people. Not the other way around.
